It is a ball valve with an electric actuator and an RTU controller that opens and shuts off the gas supply on a command from the gas utility's billing system. ERKSONS supplies DN50–300 devices rated 16 bar with IP67 protection, an anti-vandal cabinet and autonomous power.

From 1 April 2026 Hududgaz requires remotely controllable valves from corporate gas consumers, and in June 2026 Hududgazta'minot approved technical requirements for shutoff devices for large wholesale consumers connected to gas distribution networks across all regions of Uzbekistan. ERKSONS supplies solutions for both requirements.

Via a safe algorithm: after an open command the device waits for the consumer's responsible representative to confirm readiness with a button on the body, then the pipeline is filled in stages — 10% opening (at least 10 minutes), 30% (at least 5 minutes) and only then 100%. Every operation is archived.

Yes. Our gas monitoring platform receives commands and exchanges data with billing via API, keeps a device database with billing identifiers and supports three access levels. ERKSONS is a software developer: we customize modules and hand over source code; our integrations include 1C, SAP and Asl Belgi (the ERFID platform).

ERKSONS develops and operates its own digital platforms: the ERFID asset tracking RFID platform (erfid.uz), the Bianchi coffee platform (bianchi.uz), the smart valve software and a gas shutoff device monitoring platform with billing API integration. All projects are built and maintained by the group's team.

Yes. The Wuhan TimeWave electric control valves are registered in the National Certification System of Uzbekistan: certificate of conformity No. UZ.SMT-01-0103-206173 was issued on 13 May 2026 and is valid until 14 May 2028. It confirms compliance with ГОСТ МЭК 60204-1-2020, ГОСТ 12.2.007.0-75 and ГОСТ 5761-2005 based on practical testing of samples in accredited laboratories.

Under the Rules for the Use of Natural Gas (approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 319 of 31 May 2024, paragraphs 75–80), the metering stations of wholesale consumers are equipped with automated metering systems featuring remotely controlled shutoff devices. Industry adoption is staged: CNG filling stations (AGNKS) complete the upgrade earlier, other wholesale consumers have later deadlines in 2026; from 1 October, operating metering stations without remote shutoff valves is not permitted.
